Background processing, Web Components integration, migration to Vaadin 14, JUnit, and JavaScript tips and tricks, were only a few of the hot topics covered in the latest Vaadin Dev Day that took place last week in the vibrant and "never-sleeping" city of Berlin.

The event

It was great to see an involved audience asking the speakers interesting questions. We talked about technology and how Vaadin simplifies Java web development in their projects. This helped the participants understand how Vaadin works internally and what features are in the roadmap.

You can watch some of the recorded talks here:

The slides are also available.

Vaadin Dev Day in your city

We are planning more Vaadin Dev Day events for next year. The locations have not yet been decided, so you still have time to influence the decisions! Let us know where you'd like to join a Vaadin Dev Day event and which topics you'd like to hear about in the comments section below.

Hope to meet you in person in the future!
