Introducing the Vaadin Technical Success Manager (TSM)

A Vaadin Technical Success Manager will now be included in all Ultimate subscriptions. Vaadin Technical Success Managers have a wealth of experience in developing applications with Vaadin technology and can provide proactive guidance throughout the application lifecycle. They understand your application goals and roadmap and support your team with ongoing reviews, advice, and best practices to maximize your use of Vaadin.

A Technical Success Manager works closely with your team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Vaadin's products and solutions. They provide technical advice and act as your liaison to the Vaadin product, development, and support teams. 

What will you get?

Your Vaadin Technical Success Manager will help you navigate your journey with Vaadin technology. Your team will benefit from weekly meetings with your TSM, where you can freely ask questions and get advice on best practices for using Vaadin.

In addition, they will guide you on how to get the most out of your Expert on Demand service and update you with progress on your Warranty and Expert on Demand tickets. 

Have technical feedback on one of our products? Your Technical Success Manager will liaise with the Vaadin product or R&D teams and help facilitate roadmap briefings.

How it works?

Your Vaadin Technical Success Manager will join your team's virtual meetings on a regular basis to understand your application development goals and provide real-time answers to technical questions as well as advice on best practices. The recommended cadence is to meet one to four times per month (up to a maximum of four hours per month). Technical Success Manager meetings do not consume your Expert on Demand hours.

In these meetings, we can review Warranty and Expert on Demand tickets and discuss how you can best use your Expert on Demand hours to meet your project goals. 

Your Technical Success Manager will also keep you updated on new releases and features and can connect you with the product team to discuss your feature requests or get a roadmap briefing.

Please note that the Technical Success Manager is purely an advisory role and does not include hands-on coding. You will continue to have access to Expert Chat for fast response to technical questions and Expert on Demand services for short-term coding projects. A consulting SOW will be prepared for longer service projects that extend beyond two weeks.
