Rise 'n' shine - it is Friday, and time for another Vaadin lecture. Previously I guided you through the process of installing Vaadin plugin into Eclipse. Now that you are ready to code, let’s get to know the most important building blocks of any Vaadin application: the UI components.

Today’s lecture is a presentation of (almost all) core components. My aim was not make another 5-minute tutorial - this video is 30 minutes long and contains (almost) all the information you need to know about the components, including CSS style names and the most important events the components broadcast. You can also download the slides in pdf format. Remember to visit our official YouTube channel, where you can find the previous introductory lecture - and subscribe to it, so that you know when the next videos are out.
