What is Vaadin Create?

Vaadin Create brings together Java developers and technical teams to explore how better web applications get built. Join the conversations, question the approaches, and find ideas you can apply to your own work.

Who should attend?

Java and Kotlin developers, full-stack engineers, tech leads, and architects — whether you work in Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, Vaadin, or a mix. If you build web applications on the JVM and want to see where the craft is heading, you’ll feel at home.

When and where will Vaadin Create take place?

Vaadin Create will be held on 27-28 October in Barcelona, Spain, at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza (MWC Hotel), Pl. d'Espanya, 8, Sants-Montjuïc, 08014 Barcelona, Spain.

How can I book a room at the hotel for the event?

The published attendee rate at Catalonia Barcelona Plaza is €240 per night, including breakfast. Visit the Travel page for the booking form and payment instructions. Book early, as accommodation is limited.

What is the cost to attend?

The Standard ticket price is €999. However, if you register before March 31, 2026, you can secure an Early Bird rate of €799. (All prices exclude 21% Spanish VAT).

How can I register for Vaadin Create? To register for Vaadin Create, click the Get your ticket button. This will redirect you to our page on the Eventbrite platform, where you can pay online for your tickets. If you have a discount code, you can apply it there.

What if I need an invoice?

Need an invoice or help registering your team? Contact events@vaadin.com before booking.

Do I need to know Vaadin to attend?

No. Many sessions cover topics relevant to any Java team — AI-assisted development, modernization, containers, security and fullstack architecture. Vaadin-specific talks are clearly marked, and you’ll take plenty home regardless of your stack.
