Vaadin Dev Day Spring 2021 was a success! We had three speakers with talks around Vaadin Flow, including high-performance database access, advanced JavaScript integrations, and new features coming to Vaadin Flow in the near future. If you missed the event, we've got you covered! You can watch the full broadcast or the individual talks:

The Vaadin Community Award announcement is also available with the presentation fixed (there were technical problems during the broadcast). A blog post with more details about this award is available as well.

Big thanks to all the speakers for the presentations. In this edition of Vaadin Dev Day, we had a special guest, Simon Martinelli. Simon is an international speaker, programming architect, and Lecturer for Software Architecture, Design and Persistence at the University of Applied Science in Berne. His talk was well-received by the audience, which is no surprise. Thank you, Simon, for joining us!

It was an all-time record for Vaadin Dev Day in its online edition. We had more than 500 sign-ups and the live-streaming video got more than 2k views in the first 24 hours! Thank you to all the attendees for the interesting questions, feedback, and discussions during the event. There's no doubt that the Vaadin Community continues to grow stronger.

Later this year, we'll have another edition of Vaadin Dev Day, focused on Vaadin Fusion. If you are interested in speaking at the event, just let me know. Send me a message on Twitter or email me at alejandro at vaadin dot com.
