Expert Chat

Prime, Enterprise, and Ultimate Subscriptions include access to Vaadin Expert Chat service. You can access Expert Chat via the Chat icon in the bottom right corner. The chat is available on all pages of our website. Remember to log in to with the username that has a seat in the subscription, and you'll be directed to Expert Chat. Otherwise, you will be directed to our Sales Support Chat.

Expert Chat allows you to get advice regarding any issues related to Vaadin. There is no limit on the number of questions you can ask using the Expert Chat service, as long as they relate to the Vaadin Platform.

However, implementation of software, UX design, hands-on sessions through screen sharing or similar tools, or training services are not provided as part of the Expert Chat service. You can request to perform these types of support via Expert on Demand Hours (EOD hours). Learn more about EOD here

Service hours for Expert Chat are between 7am to 8pm GMT from Monday to Friday. GMT+1 Summer Time is used between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October.

Exception: Expert Chat doesn't operate on Finland's Public Holidays: 1st of January, 6th of January, Good Friday, Easter Monday, 1st of May, Ascension Day, Midsummer Eve, 6th of December, and 24-26 of December.
