Expert Chat
Team and Enterprise include access to the Vaadin Expert Chat service. You can access Expert Chat via the Chat icon in the bottom right corner. The chat is available on all pages of our website. Remember to log in to vaadin.com using the username associated with a seat in the subscription, and you'll be directed to Expert Chat. Otherwise, you will be directed to our Sales Support Chat.

Expert Chat allows you to get advice regarding any issues related to Vaadin. There is no limit on the number of questions you can ask using the Expert Chat service, as long as they relate to the Vaadin Platform.
However, implementation of software, UX design, hands-on sessions through screen sharing or similar tools, or training services are not provided as part of the Expert Chat service. You can request to perform these types of support via Expert on Demand Hours (EOD hours). Learn more about EOD here.
Service hours for Expert Chat are between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday. GMT+1 Summer Time is used between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October.
Exception: Expert Chat doesn't operate on Finland's Public Holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1st, Ascension Day, Midsummer Eve, December 6th, and December 24-26.
On days when Expert Chat is not in operation, you can send us messages via the Chat icon, and we'll get back to you once we are back online.
