Is there a way to disable tooltips when users open the website on mobile devices, and only mobile devices? Maybe there is something I can check to see if the device is, for instance, an iPhone, and disable the features that my users are complaining about on iPhones.

This might be a short term fix until I can solve it another way, not sure yet. But seemed like a valid option that someone else must have considered, so thought I would ask the community.
