Vaadin seems very interesting for me and I want to try it in some my pet projects. But I can’t afford Pro plan. Is Pro plan features targeted to provide new possibilities which not available for Core users or it just made to make work easier? Like, will I be able to implement some neat charts, even with considerable amounts of labour?
You can use the free framework and find e.g. some free charting add-ons in the
Directory
, though they might not be maintained actively or on the same quality level as the Pro offering. The Pro offering add-ons and tools build on top of the free framework and do not use any private hooks or such.
