No, this add-on does not work with Vaadin 10…14 (and subsequent versions)

For Vaadin 14 there is Grid Pro component, which has similar kind of use cases implemented.

So based on that you can say this functionality is already (partially) available on Vaadin 14. If there is some missing features in Grid Pro, you can add feature request in issue tracker:
