Where can I get the entire code from Vaadin Sampler?

Hi,

where can I get the entire code from Vaadin Sampler? The mentioned code of “Grid - Column Renderers” is not complete. I need the entire code to follow the example.
Unfortunately it´s not on github.

the Sampler is not open source (at least currently). If there is an error in a sample, please file a bug at dev.vaadin.com. Thanks!
