has been a long time since I downloaded the Vaadin Eclipse plugin from the update site, and every time I try to check for updates I get that there is nothing to update… I’d like to have a better Visual Designer, so periodically I check for Vaadin Eclipse plugi updates…
Is the development of this plugin stopped?
Visual editor development mostly takes place in “bursts” - several enhancements followed by a quiet period. This is because the same developers alternate between it and other projects. There might be some changes coming in the near future, but not sure if they are of interest for you - more internal changes.
If you want to check whether there is something new in the development branch, use http://vaadin.com/eclipse/experimental as your update site.
