I create one view in Designer and when I access that view in my mobile but from the link that are generated by qrcode in Eclipse designer works fine… but when I access the url from my mobile (android → chrome) the view show just like a desktop, he don’t recognize that I am accessing from my mobile

By “not recognized” do you mean that the layouts don’t scale well? Did you use a responsive template? If at all possible, can you share the Design (or a similiar Design that shows the problem)?
