Vaadin 8 - when showing hidden column extension is not recalculating columns widths → getColumWidth throws ArrayOutOfBounds exception.

Thanks for interest towards this add-on. I checked how it works with hidden columns and noticed the issue you mentioned and three more issues. So practically it did not work with hidden columns. These were quite straightforward to fix. I uploaded version 2.4.0 that adds support for hidden columns.
