While trying to download chart as png, jpeg or Pdf in getting forbidden error with message “Your are unable to access export.highcharts.com”
And with reason Most likely your request lack the required HTTP referer and user-agent headers. Also, chart configurations that fail to render properly, excessive requests (“hammering”) and similar will result in progressively longer periods of blocking.
However, I have checked my request is having the HTTP referer and user-agent
can anyone suggest the possible root cause of this issue?
