Tooltips over image in a Table

Is there a way to display tool tips in a Table grid when hovering mouse over an image in a cell?

Can someone point me to HOW TO?

You should add the component Embedded with image and add with setDescrition the tooltip.

Can you please give me some sample code, how to get images from database and display in table cells.

I am using mysql blob to store images.
