There is a Problem with the setHeight method on TinyMCE, for me it did not worked.
I had to use setConfig with "height":" 150 to get it working.
Everything else seems to work fine (excluding TinyMCE in a Dialog).

Same problem here, thanks for mentioning the setConfig method which works for me as well.

This is now working slightly differently in 2.x versions. Let me know if you still have issues with it.
