Thank you for this helpfull component.

My Question: Can the text “Page” be replaced by “Seite”? Alternatively “Page” be removed?

Sorry for this late reply.
The latest version now contains a method PaginatedGrid.setPaginatorTexts which allows to change the texts displayed on the paginator. The default still are in English.
