Prolicense needed?

hi

this component could save me some time and also add some features for me. I understand this means I need the Pro license, correct? 159$ a month?
How does this work. I dont have a IT company, I dont work for a IT company. I have only this one project that will be running and be maintained for years. It does not make sense for me to pay 160$ per month “for ever”.
It would not make sense for vaadin, i guess, that I buy one or more month and then code and then stop paying while no work or updates are done on the project, maybe 6-10 month later something needs to change or update and I buy one month more!?
does the project run after development if you stop paying for the pro version?

VCF Vaadin Spreadsheet is a fork of Vaadin Spreadsheet component which is commercial. This add-on gives an early preview of the conditional formatting with string option. But as that required local patching of POI library, and the PR to POI is not merged and released yet, we did release this add-on in the Directory. We plan eventually merge this feature in the mainstream product. And after that the add-on will not be maintained.
