Nice. I would be nice if you can use the standard vaadin description format. Then you can use XHTML for descriptions to. Then the image could be part of the html description.

Thank you for the comment. Descriptions already support HTML-Content. This works only if you call RichOptionGroup.setHtmlContentAllowed(true).
