Need help with Hierarchical data provider for treegrid with checkboxes as parent and children

I am currently working with treegrid which need to be containing parent and children as checkboxes and not able to figure out how to get the hierarchical data provider to work with checkboxes.

You probably need to use component renderer with that, but you need to give more specific question with a bit more context in order to get better answers.
