Moving from Angular to Vaadin - Experiences?

Hello everyone,

I had a user a while ago who wanted to migrate away from Angular to Vaadin since he was not a big fan of Java Script and liked Vaadin’s approach more.

Since this topic seems to come up more often lately, I would like to know if there is anyone who had done something similar? What were the Pro’s & Con’s of a migration and how much work was involved in the process?
Maybe some of you can share their experience with this specific type of migration and would like to share it here.

I don’t have any practical experience from converting an application but I do know of one customer who did that and they quickly “paid back” that investment thanks to getting a much faster development workflow when an end-to-end feature could be added by a single developer in a single commit without needing coordination between multiple teams or code repositories.
