how to drill down in chart via vaadin

I’d like to save the state of a hierarchic chart including some settings like filters and the drill down state.
How can i restore the drill down state afterwards?
At the moment the charts displays the right dataseries and drill down into deeper levels is working but the “Back to” button isn’t visible at the restored level.
