Hi, why the mouse pointer show like arrow and no the hand in the menu options, it happens too in the demo app, but in the worldcup2018 example it’s OK

Hello, the hand cursor was configured in the worldcup example, instead of being configured in the component itself. I’ve just pushed a [change]
(https://github.com/FlowingCode/AppLayoutAddon/commit/72b18b522c4a15691d4085fc5c3ab42c885377e9) so that the hand cursor will be used without further configuration.
