Hi,

To start with it is a great component to use and an excellent documentation. Currently I’m using version 2.5.0 with Vaadin version 14.2.0 with compact mode. Curretly there we are not able to customize the display String (displayed as 0/1/3 Values). Is there any specific way to customize this message displayed? Could you please suggest how can we do that?

Hi Priya,

Thanks for the feedback. At this time there is no support for the customization of the compact mode labels.

I have recently added the support for this, but only for the web component and have not yet finalized the release.

You can try this out on the web component version 2.5.0-alpha and give some feedback if you like.

When I find more time I plan to add this to the Java wrapper as well.
