I did a “git clone” and when trying to open the project i get next message:

Could not find artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:pom:2.5 in Vaadin prereleases (https://maven.vaadin.com/vaadin-prereleases)

How can i solve it?

You seem to have problem accessing maven central. This plugin should be fetched there. You get this error only because maven does fallback search in our prereleases repo, where it is not and and should not be.
