I have got following problem:
If I create views using only java tooltip works fine
BUT if I create view using designer(polymer template)
tooltip doesn’t show up???

Hello Dybala,
as I have not used Designer yet I do not know what the resulting code looks like.
Maybe I can help you if you provide me an example where you tried to combine both generated code / template and this plugin.
