Grid Column Minimum Width

Hi everyone,

The application we’re developing has a requirement for custom minimum widths on grid columns. I noticed this issue on github:

### Describe your motivation Currently it is not possible to set the boundaries… of column resizing. I was wondering if this is either being actively developed or on the roadmap in any way. If not, would it be appropriate for us to develop the feature and submit a pull request?

This feature is not currently in the roadmap. We accept contributions and can help with reviewing if you submit a PR, but we can’t guarantee it will land in the specific Vaadin version (at least not in 24.4 which is about to enter the beta period).
