Great Add-on! Trying to extend the demo with toolbar and other elements. What version of paper-elements are you using? I downloaded the latest and the demo does not work anymore. The copyright from your components says 2014 and mine 2015.
It seems like the version numbers used in the demos are around 0.5.x.
