I think you just have to put it in your themes folder (like VAADIN/themes/yourtheme/favicon.ico)

Hi,

The favicon.ico should be stored in your theme folder with the styles.css file. If you do not have a custom theme - you can create one with a wizard (New->Vaadin Theme…).
