Error when trying to vote for feature

Hello,

I have the following error when I try to vote for a ticket in feature votes:

XML_RPC privileges are required to perform this operation. You don’t have the required permissions.

On the page it mentions:

126 unused 0 used 0 locked 66 spent

What’s the problem?
