disable drag and drop in Calendar

Hi I would like to disable the drag and drop function in the Vaadin Calendar component. I tried using a DragAndDropWrapper and set it to DragStartMode.NONE on the events, but the wrapper doesn’t work with events…only components.
How would I disable dragging and dropping of events? Thanks.

EDIT::: just set the calendar to readOnly and it stops drag/drop, but it also doesnt let the user click a day if they want to go to the day view!!

The behaviour that a readOnly calendar does not let the user go to a day/week when clicking on a day/week looks strange to me, too. Did you file a bug?
