Can I freely use Vaadin TestBench for my addon which would licensed under Apache License 2? I mean without purchasing any license key.

We planning to release our application source code, do we need to purchase CVAL licenses? No, as long as you release your source code under a license that’s compatible with the AGPL.

I don’t know. Probably not. But what I can tell you is that Apache 2.0 is
not
 compatible with AGPL.
