createIconItem in menuBar not found

I’m trying to reproduce a menu from a project in ver. 7.

The menu items had caption, but it doesn’t seem to exist anymore in Vaadin Flow.
The closest I found in the doc is “createIconItem” but it doesn’t seems to be available, even with all imports of the examples.
(MenuBar → Menu Item Features → Icons)

Am I missing something somewhere ?
