I’ve logged-in when prompted and closed that window as it says but when I come back to the app, still it asks me to log-in again.

Hi, starting from Vaadin 25.1 Copilot is free for everyone, just need to login using Vaadin account. After logging in, Copilot should automatically recognize you.
Please try cleaning browser cache (try incognito mode), and check if there are no warnings / errors in application log.
If still not helping, I will verify your account internally.
