Can find or Add Eclipse Compile Vaadin Theme Toolbar Button

I can not find or add eclips toolbar icon for compiling theme or widgetset. It used to be there but it dissappears somehow and I can not find and compile widgetset or theme.

Window > Perspective > Customize Perspective, there is way to show it in toolbar
