Valo modal dialog flash

I’m working on swithing from Reindeer to the Valo theme.

I have noticed that there’s (still) an issue with a nasty flash when a modal dialog is opened.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed (in the (s)css) ?

Already answered by “Flashing screen on window open”. This fixes the issue.
