Sub-window and valo theme

Hello,

I’ve just started using the new Valo theme and I really like it so far.
I have a few questions regarding windows:

  1. How can I bring back the “resize handle” that used to be in the bottom right corner of the window in Reindeer.
  2. The bottom right corner seems to be the only point that the user can grab in order to resize the window. Can I change that and make all the edges of the window available from grabbing?
  3. How can I add a minimize button to to top right corner of the window?
