Valo closable tabs not displaying correctly in Firefox.

I’ve found an issue with the way Valo closable tabs are displayed in Firefox.

This can be seen on the
demo page
 if you select Closable and deselect Framed. The x symbol to close the tab is not displayed instead just 3 dots after the tab caption is displayed. This is displayed correctly in both Chrome and IE.

Thanks for pointing that out. I will fix it before the final release. Might not make it to the RC1 (due any moment now).
