Thinking of using http://dev.vaadin.com/browser/incubator/Navigator/ , are they any prebuilt jar files available from hudson or cruisecontrol or similar ?

Not yet. We are building Vaadin Directory that will be a distribution channel for prebuilt, easy to integrate components. Before then - just checkout and copy to your own project.
Copied the code from subversion, worked excellent. Good news about more components on the way, always useful.
