Sorry, the source code of the new sampler is not available - only the short snippets for each sample that you can access from within the sampler.
If I remember correctly, it might contain some third party code that we can use in an application but not publish. Technically, perhaps it might be possible to isolate that and publish the rest, but I haven’t heard about work towards that being on the roadmap.
If it is just the theme you are interested in, you could probably download the compiled CSS file using your browser to get some hints. It won’t be the original SCSS theme, but should at least give some hints.
and they have a guide to the menu like the one implemented in in sampler ?
