Entering pipe into a text box and submitting returns a json error

Hi All,
I am using version 7.1 beta.
In my application when i enter a pipe( |) and submit, the application returns a json error and logs me out of the application.
The json error reads something like this:
(SyntaxError) : Unexpected token ) - Original JSON-text:{“changes”

Any help is appreciated.

The pipe bug has been fixed after beta1. Use a snapshot or wait for the final 7.1
