Vaadin 6.5.0.pre2 has been published at the download site.
6.5.0.pre2 is the second preview release before releasing the next minor update version, 6.5.0. The biggest changes are under the hood in the form of code refactorings. See the list of closed issues in Vaadin Trac for a detailed change log. For other release information, see the Release Notes. The demos for this pre-release are deployed at http://demo.vaadin.com/6.5.0.pre2.
We aim to release Vaadin 6.5.0 around middle of January. You can follow the development of 6.5.0 here. Problem fixes and enhancements planned for upcoming releases can be found from the Vaadin Roadmap in Vaadin Trac.
Get the installation package from the download site at http://vaadin.com/download. If you are using the Vaadin Plugin for Eclipse, upgrade the Vaadin version from the project preferences. If using Maven, the repositories will replicate in a few hours.
As always, when upgrading from an earlier version, you should recompile any custom widget sets and refresh your project in Eclipse. See the General Upgrade Notes for more details on upgrading.
