Navigator.SimpleViewDisplay was removed

It seems that Navigator.SimpleViewDisplay was removed for the beta5 release but I haven’t been able to find anything to tell me how to replace that functionality and all the mini tutorials on the wiki are still demonstrating the use of SimpleViewDisplay.

How should I replace SimpleViewDisplay in the context of the examples in the mini tutorials under the Navigator section? What is the recommended replacement?

 is updated. But you’re right: the others should be as well. I’ll see to it.
