Need a dark theme for Vaadin 8

I’ve searched high and low but cannot find a downloadable theme for Vaadin 8.
Everything I find suggests building my own theme. Well, we’re not artists and prefer to never touch SASS, CSS, etc. if we don’t have to.

Seems odd no one has come up with a dark variation of the Valo theme. One of my users is complaining because he has a very large monitor and looking at the white screen all day is hurting his eyes.

Is there a dark theme I can just download and install into our Vaadin 8 app?
