It’s doubtful anyone has used the [Maps]
(https://vaadin.com/directory/component/maps) component because Vaadin charges $870 per month to use it. The component is basically nothing more than a wrapper around the [Highcharts Maps]
(https://www.highcharts.com/demo/maps) JavaScript library which is free for non-commercial use. As such, it should be simple to write for anyone who knows JavaScript and Vaadin 14. I would do it myself, but my expertise is limited to C++ and Java (backend). I use Vaadin primarily to avoid learning JavaScript.
