Any Vaadin or Struts2 Developers that can answer a few questions?

Can any of you guys walk me thorugh the process of developing an app in one of those 2 frameworks (vaadin or struts2)? I am curious about the design patterns used… I have been looking at links but I’d like to see what you guys emphasize as well.

I’m not sure if I understand the question. You want to create an application with struts2 or Vaadin ? Use both framework?

And you are looking for design pattern that can be used in these 2 frameworks?
