Eclipse pugin, error on fetch notifications

I have often the folowing errors in eclipse.
How to fix that ?

“An internal error occurred during: “Fetch all notifications”.
org.json.simple.JSONObject cannot be cast to org.json.simple.JSONArray”

My eclipse version : Neon.3 Release (4.6.3)
Vaadin plugin : 4.0.0.final

How to fix that ?
