This is your chance to join the Vaadin team! We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Developers, who love technology and challenges, to join us in our quest to make developing web applications easier. Our open source products for web and Java are being used by more than 150,000 developers all over the world, but we are just getting started.
We are currently looking for trainees for two different positions at our Turku office:
Junior Java Developer
Several of our teams, both in consulting and R&D, are looking for Junior Java Developers starting their careers. We expect you to know Java, be enthusiastic about user interfaces and modern web technologies, and have a working knowledge in English. Experience with Vaadin and open source is a plus.
Junior Front-End Developer
We are looking for several Junior Front-End Developers to R&D. We expect you to know JS, HTML and CSS, be enthusiastic about user interfaces and modern web technologies, and have a working knowledge in English. Experience with Polymer and open source is a plus.
In general, we are looking for candidates who are able to commit to a 6 month internship period. The internship will be a fulltime position and will be payed. After the 6 month internship, you would be committed to work full time or at least 100 hours per month at our Turku office. We are looking for interns who are really willing to commit to our team.
