How to compile widgetsets manually with the OBF and draftcompile flag false without using vaadin maven plug or maven?
We currently use Intellij but cannot use maven in our current environment for various reasons.
However we will like to be able generate the optimized widgetsets that the obfuscate and draftcompile flags allow.
