The web-based software ps::Servicecenter is geared toward the service centers in the public sector. It assists service center agents to provide citizens with consultation services – either online or via phone - in a fast and efficient way. Being an optimal solution in terms of offering information about fees, deadlines and contacts, this software pools various information sources including e-government platforms of the German Federal States and other individual sources, enabling users to answer citizens' questions such as "What documents are required for a new business?" or "Which application fees are applicable for a new identity card?"
